Potomac Studios stands out among the bevy of Chicago’s rehearsal spaces because it is owned and operated by musicians. We understand the needs and frustrations of our fellow musicians, so we have maintained a space conducive to the creative process at an affordable price.
More than just a collection of rooms in a massive building, Potomac Studios is the place to join a burgeoning community of diverse musicians while indulging a love for music, the life style, and the hard work. You will find the staff practicing with their own bands, several groups mingling in the lounges, and a few musicians playing a game of pool.
We have taken every effort to make Potomac the best spot in the city to practice and find inspiration for new material and will continue to improve the facility to cater to the local working musician. We invite you to contact us to take a tour and discuss rooms and rates.
We have rooms that fit every need. Our smaller rooms are great for the single musician to practice away and out large rooms can easily accommodate 10 piece bands. We have monthly rates from $200 to $550.
