California Studios
California Studios is the rare Chicago rehearsal space located just off the boulevard in Logan Square. This is no converted Victorian, but a building with 10,000 square feet of space for local musicians to loosen up and rehearse.
As a building owned and operated by fellow musicians, we have taken the steps to avoid the typical frustrations artists feel when in search of space to practice. We provide rooms large and small and lounges to relax, mingle, and forge relationships with other bands and musicians.
This is more than just a rehearsal space. It is a place to enjoy as a part of the local music community. Please contact us to investigate rooms and rates and even take a tour of the building.
The rooms vary in size and rate. Some are great for a single group and others can fit a whole marching band. Monthly rates go from $285 to $600

Just off Logan Boulevard, our location on California Avenue is minutes from the expressway and within 10 minutes of the California and Logan Square Blue Line stops. Non-permit street parking is plentiful and our garage spaces minimizes the hassle of loading and unloading after each session.
